Experience
My background spans IT support, customer service, and software development. I have worked in fast paced environments that required technical knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to adapt quickly. From supporting Apple customers remotely to managing client relationships on the sales floor at Mullinax Ford, every role has added something to how I think and how I work.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish, currently finishing my Bachelor's degree at UCF, and actively pursuing IT certifications as I move toward a career in technology. The resume below captures where I have been and where I am headed.
